The reception team provide a point of contact for all patients and act as a focal point of communication between patients, doctors and other medical staff.

They provide general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.

James also deals with the IT aspect of things within the Surgery. 

If patients are having trouble with your MyGP app or Patient Access James is more than willing to help with any problems.
